Katarzyna Rosiek’s responsibilities and experience include:
- developing comprehensive litigation strategies and representing individuals and business clients at every stage of the court procedure
- conducting proceedings in the field of property law, contractual disputes, as well as commercial cases, including those involving acts of unfair competition
- provision of day-to-day services to businesses and advice to public sector entities
- comprehensive advice to clients at the stage of negotiating contracts with counterparties, both domestic and foreign
- representing clients in civil, enforcement and administrative proceedings
- ongoing legal assistance to a leading provider of web hosting services in Poland
- advising on the negotiation of contracts relating to new technologies, as well as on consumer protection law matters
- participation in the negotiation of a very high-value contract concerning the construction of a strategic production centre in Poland for a leading global brand in the food industry
- services to one of the alternative investment companies, preparing a pioneering legal strategy related to the mechanism of financing the flow of investors in a company based on the solutions of the Act on Investment Funds and Management of Alternative Investment Funds.
One of her areas of professional practice is also real estate law, including in particular the handling of cases involving the regulation of the legal status of properties. She has successfully participated in a number of administrative and civil proceedings involving real estate of very high value, including before the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Court.
In 2017, she graduated from the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, with a very good result, having won, several times during her studies, the Jagiellonian University Rector’s scholarship for one of the best students. In 2018 – 2020, she served her legal training at the Kraków Bar Council of Advocates and passed the bar exam in 2021.
Prior to working with GRK Adwokaci, she gained experience in reputable law firms in Kraków specialising in business and administrative law.
