For several years, she has been representing clients in control and tax proceedings before tax authorities in Poland and Germany, as well as in proceedings before administrative courts. She is the author of many legal opinions on complicated tax and penal fiscal issues, as well as in the field of civil and economic law related in particular to real estate.
She managed numerous projects in the field of mergers, divisions and transformations of companies, implemented after prior planning and taking into account tax optimisation.
She provides comprehensive advisory services to business entities. She has a long-term experience in providing legal services to banks and financial institutions, medical and public entities, including National parks, companies from the construction and food industry, as well as the largest amusement park in Poland.
Her expertise includes also legal assistance in criminal cases involving business criminal law and tax law.
For nearly 10 years Małgorzata Kryus-Radłowska cooperated with one of the most prominent law firms in Poland – T. Studnicki, K. Płeszka, Z. Ćwiąkalski, J. Górski Sp. k. in Cracow (SPCG). For the next 8 years she was a managing partner of the law firm Kryus-Radłowska, Lemańska, Zieliński in Cracow (KRLZ).
