Ms Rytlewska specialises in court and arbitration disputes, including the full range of business law process issues. Thanks to her long-standing experience of working with companies which represent global brands, her clients can rely on legal solutions with international reach.  
Recognised as a leading litigation lawyer in press law and the protection of personal rights, she successfully represents public figures in litigation and mediation proceedings in these fields.

A significant part of her practice involves medical law and malpractice proceedings. She represents members of the medical personnel and healthcare entities, including leading private healthcare establishments in the Polish market, providing them with legal support in civil, criminal and disciplinary cases, proceedings before the Patients’ Ombudsman, Regional Medical Injury Boards and the National Health Fund (NFZ). She provides training for medical personnel and develops medical documentation templates for medical institutions.

Ms Rytlewska also advises individuals and business clients in the field of building law related to project implementation. Her specialised team guarantees comprehensive counselling in resolving ongoing project implementation problems, disputes with contractors and subcontractors, warranty and indemnity claims, and also represents clients before state administrative authorities. 

Prior to founding the GRK Adwokaci law firm Marta Rytlewska worked with the law firm SPCG T. Studnicki, K. Płeszka, Z. Ćwiąkalski, J. Górski Spółka komandytowa for several years.  She is a graduate of law studies at the Jagiellonian University. 

She passed the bar exam in 2007 with an excellent result and in first place
