She managed hundreds of national and international projects, including, in particular, in cooperation with central and local government administration and the diplomatic and consular corps. 
She has extensive experience in fundraising from the state budget and earmarked funds, as well as in conducting and supervising contacts with public authorities. 

She was awarded the Bronze Medal for long service by the President of the Republic of Poland for exemplary, exceptionally conscientious performance of work duties and the Honoris Gratia distinction by the Kraków City Mayor for her contribution to the City in the field of culture and art.
