Michał Różyczka specializes in civil and commercial law, intellectual property law, data protection and litigation resolution.
He has been involved in litigation regarding infringement of personal rights, acts of unfair competition, violations of intellectual property rights and corporate disputes. Experienced in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and in the implementation of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in organizations. In his professional practice, he also provided legal assistance in the field of real estate law, urban planning law and conducted due diligence audits.
Mr Różyczka graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a very good degree in law, preparing a master's thesis entitled: "The role of the administrative court in proceedings in the field of industrial property rights". He also completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law. He graduated from the School of Austrian Law (Einführung in das österreichische Recht) organized by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the University of Vienna.
Prior to joining GRK, he gained experience providing pro bono legal assistance within the Labour Law Section of the Jagiellonian University Student Legal Clinic and at the law firms: ”Kaczor, Klimczyk, Pucher, Wypiór – Adwokaci”, ”Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba i Partnerzy, adwokaci i radcowie prawni” oraz ”Kryus-Radłowska, Lemańska, Zieliński” (KRLZ).
