She specializes in civil law, real estate law of a substantive nature and obligations, civil procedure and labour law, represents clients in court and administrative proceedings concerning the regulation of the legal status of real estate, perpetual usufruct, settlements between the real estate owner and its possessor, claims involving real estate, including debt collection and reprivatisation claims.

Ms Kolbuch-Wągiel prepares and negotiates real estate lease, rental and purchase contracts, and participates in audits of real estate legal status .

As part of her previous practice, she participated in the negotiation and drafting of agreements and contracts between public entities regarding the lease, rental and gratuitous use of real estate, as well as the establishment of transmission and land easements.

She also provides day-to-day services to businesses in the construction, railroad and medical industries, as well as public entities. Ms Kolbuch-Wągiel advises on labour law, including bullying, discrimination, occupational accidents , employee claims arising from termination of employment contracts, social packages. She drafts regulations, intra-company policies, employment contracts, B2B contracts, mutual agreements and notices of termination of employment contracts. She represents clients in litigation, particularly in claims arising from the termination of employment contracts.
