He represents clients in tax audits and tax proceedings, in administrative enforcement, as well as in proceedings before administrative courts in tax matters. He participates in the work of the team related to tax planning of transactions and investments as well as reorganisation of business entities. He has many years of experience in the field of transfer pricing and in complex issues related to cross-border transactions.
He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, having completed his master's degree studies in 2002. He graduated from law studies with first-class honours (A). He then studied law at the Charles Ruprecht University in Heidelberg (2003-2005). He is also a graduate of postgraduate tax advisory studies at the Faculty of Finance of the Krakow University of Economics (2011). Mr Mysik passed the state exam for a tax adviser and was entered on the list of tax advisers (2015, licence No 12691).
Initially, he gained experience in the field of tax law as a judicial assistant in the 1st Financial Department of the Administrative Court in Kraków (2007-2010). Afterwards, he cooperated with Deloitte Tax Advisory Ltd. for many years.
